I think the name of the product "Open box" is misleading, as it can just be called "Used". The product that I received was in very good condition, but probably not excellent as was stated to be. The screen had a tiny crack, and the corners between the screen and the case were dirty and didn't come out. Apart from that, the product was told to come with all parts and accessories, which was completely false. Didn't come with the original accessories that come when buying the phone new: case, screen protector, earphones. It only came with a charger and a cable. Except for that, the phone is working very well and has no scratches other than the tiny crack on the screen. So overall, satisfied enough because of that.

Love it! Best phone for the price. It could hold its own with phones 4× the cost! It came with a charging cord, protective case, glass shield, and ear phones. I have to admit I had to watch you tube to utilize all the newer functions but once I did it was easy!

This phone is by far the best value in smartphones for those of us who don't have a grand+ to spend, and aren't looking for a status symbol, just a quality reliable phone with some nice features. I have owned Samsung, Huawei, LG, Nokia, and Motorola phones over the years and with the possible exception of the Huawei this Blu V91 is equal to or better than all of them- at roughly half the price! Twice or quadruple the internal storage (128 GB expandable with SD card) 4 GB RAM, dual SIM card slots, a superb camera, 6.5" HD screen, etc. Also came with earbud headphones, a real screen protector, and case protector that makes buying an aftermarket one unnecessary. In case you're wondering I don't work for Blu nor am I a paid shill. Just a very satisfied customer.

Does everything you expect, came with all accessories, however, one day it randomly died/wouldn't charge. Have not been able to fix. It likely is the battery which I do believe I could find on ebay but had a nord device laying around so I swapped for that. Before that happened, it had a surprisingly decent camera, and the battery life was very good until the failure

I use this phone just for doordash and it's been acceptable. Definite pro is it's long battery life. I run doordash and Spotify for 8 hours and it still has power after the shift. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget friendly phone.

think great product. lots more space than normal . 2 sim card slots. good for International travel. price pretty good for value. Make sure is working with your providers.

This phone gets the job done. If your looking for something low costs and will last a few years, go with this one it wont last forever but it will get you to the phone you truly want

By far the best phone I have had since the Samsung S5, only wish it had a removable battery but no one seems to do that anymore. The phone is not bloated with ware like Samsungs and has plenty of storage. Response is very fast and battery life is long, even out in remote Sierra forests off Sugar Pine Hwy 108. My friends have had theirs for 2 plus years without issues. My friend bought one as a backup and I sprung for it when on sale because I was constantly running out of space on my Samsung.

I just purchased this today on my way out of BestBuy after buying a laptop. I needed a secondary phone and this is perfect! You cant beat the specs for the price! The color is awesome and it looks amazing. The screen is oddly clearer and more crisp than my moto 5g stylus that was over twice as expensive. The phone will continue to surprise you, when you realize it comes with a case, screen protector, and wait.. also one that is already installed?! You probably wont even realize it at first. Also it comes with headphones and a cool USB Charging cable. The only two flaws I've seen so far is, with the case only the cable that came with it will fit using the case to charge it, or you have to remove the bottom of the case. Lastly No wireless android auto... Not sure why :(

I bought this phone for my 17yr old daughter and she loves it. She had an iPhone 8, but the battery kept dying. Being this was her 4th phone in the last 3yrs, I wasn't about to spend a boatload of money this time. Plus, her battery issues are definitely gone, the battery on the Blu V91 lasts forever. Surprisingly great quality for such an inexpensive phone.

I love how easy it is to use this phone. I'm a big Samsung or Motorola lover so I was surprised at how close this phone is to either one of those brands.

I have to say it's a great back up phone,I bought it when my Samsung died on me,would highly recommend if you just need a casual phone with long battery life.

I was sceptical on the brand because I've never heard of it until a year ago,but I remembered my friend had one and loved it. So the specs for the price I thought ok I'll bight. Well now I'm hooked. It's fast and clean and has plenty of storage. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great budget phone.

Great (open box) buy!! I've had this unlocked phone for about a week and it has been satisfactory. I'm able to use both phone services on one phone with the dual sim card feature. There are some apps that aren't fully functional, due to some google policies, because of android 10 or higher software. Otherwise I'm happy with this unlocked phone.

The purchase of this phone was the biggest mistake I've ever done in my entire life! Once I had a problem with this phone it never turned back to being a good situation! I also did not like the way things were handled with the Geek squad. My phone has become discontinued and I was not even let to be aware when this was done. I have moved on to a better phone and would not advise the purchase of this phone to anyone else!
