I have the same phone puchased it in May 2021. Does not work anymore after being told it would work after Feb. 2022. Now I'm told I need a new phone? Why would they offer the V91 for sale if doesn't work anymore? What a bunch of BS!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you will need to get a new phone. 5g is hardware specific, so phone manufacturers would be unable to push any type of update to fix the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ATT's support page athttps://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/pdf/Devices-Working-on-ATT-Network.pdf indicates the V91 will work. I called ATT today and they confirmed it, as my V90 no longer works on the ATT network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As per AT&T, they will be requiring VoLTE/HD Voice starting in Feb of 2022. This does not require that the device be 5G compatible. Our team is working around the clock, in order to get majority of our 4G LTE devices certified with AT&T.
