First, you'll need a Stereo Headset Adapter for Xbox One Controller with Audio Mic Headphone Converter. Next you'll need a 3.5 mm Male to Female Headset Splitter Adapter with two separate Headphone/Microphone Plugs (3.5 mm 4 position Male to Dual 3 Position Female plugs M/F).
