“Does it pick up a lot of background noise? I'm in a co-working space and my laptop microphone picks up EVERY sound and I believe it amplifies it too.”

NO! This is awesome at sound reduction which is the #1 reason I bought it and it is a game changer for me. Love it.

I have not noticed any background noise problems. I do not turn my radio off in my vehicle while talking on my BlueParrott

No background noise. I used it when I was a truck driver and people said no noise at all.
