• I bought the 450 because it was supposed to have an extended range over the 350. Really have nothing to compare to, but I've been using the 450 probably 4-6 hours a day with conference calls and have been very pleased with it.

• The 450 is better and durable. The part that goes over your head is more sturdier than the 350. It is worth every penny. Don't forget the warranty.
