In order for it to drain properly, the drain hose must be installed with part of it at least 33” from the cabinet floor. Do not exceed 43” in drain hose height. You can connect the dishwasher drain hose to the drain plumbing using a high loop and there are 2 ways to do this. Either connect to the under the sink dishwasher drain connection or connect to a disposer dishwasher drain connection.

Per the Installation Guide for the 300 Series Dishwasher: The dishwasher drain hose must be installed with a portion of it at least 33” (84 cm) off the cabinet floor; otherwise the dishwasher may not drain properly. Do not exceed 43” in drain hose height. The dishwasher drain hose may be connected to the drain plumbing using a high loop in one of two ways: Connect to the under sink dishwasher drain connection or connect to a disposer dishwasher drain connection.
