I don't have an exact length of time for drying, but the salesperson at the store suggested I run the dishwasher at bedtime so as to be able to maximize the length of time the dishes had to "dry" using the type of drying system the dishwasher has.

We suggest leaving the door closed until the wash cycle has been completed. Opening the door could cause a poor drying experience. Cycle times can be found on pages 24 and 25 in the User Manual.
