    • Answer Hi Lawrence, thank you for your question and interest in Model:B36FD50SNS. There is one photo of the freezer in the photo montage of the product. The two-tier layered freezer drawer system creates extra storage for frozen items, from pizza boxes to frozen waffles. The spacious shelving system, paired with LED lighting, easily displays all freezer items, so food doesn't get buried and forgotten.   • Questionhow to change the water filter and where to buy the water filter.

    • Answer Hi bev, thank you for your question and interest in Model:B36FD50SNS. This is the Water Filter for your Refrigerator and it can be purchased at Best Buy: Model: BORPLFTR55. To change the filter: Reach into the recess below the filter cover, pull it forwards slightly and move it to the bottom left. Turn the water filter counterclockwise by 90° and remove it. When removing it, a small amount of water may drip out of the water filter. Remove the drips of water with a dry cloth. You can dispose of the old water filter with your household garbage. Insert the new water filter or the bypass cap in the filter opening as far as it will go and turn it 90° clockwise to the stop. Move the filter cover up to the right and slide back as far as it will go. Discard the ice cubes produced during the first 24 hours, and dispense water for 5 minutes and discard.

  • QuestionHow much clearance does this fridge need above it? My opening is exactly 68-5/8" high. It will not interfere with the hinges because the cabinets above the fridge do not extend that far forward.
