• Yes you can swap out the plug. Just purchase it at checkout or in the store and the installation guys will do the swapping. The owner's manual (you can google for it) also says that it is swappable.

• Yes, it comes without a cord attached. So either a three prong or four prong cord will need to be attached to the dryer when you get it. I had a three prong cord attached to mine
