QuestionMy microwave drawer will not close. When I press the button to close, it glides into the closed position then pops back open. There is not an issue with the install and there is nothing impeding the tracks.

- Answer This is a very common issue. Bosch technician spent over a month coming over a few times trying to fix it and finally said it is not eligible for replacement.

QuestionTo mount this microwave above your 27" HBN8451UC single oven in a 27" cabinet, would I use the 27"stainless steel trim kit?

QuestionI’m building cabinets for multiple townhouse ..the Bosch HMD 8451UC SPECS FOR FLUSH MOUNT SHOW 23 7/8” wide front yet calls for a 27” wide cabinet ?? Am I supposed to fabricate a 27” surround? Is there a trim kit? Tried call Bosch no answer

QuestionDo you have to stop the microwave before opening? Our Sharp drawer microwave has some kind of kill switch that makes the microwave inoperable if you don't hit stop first.
