• This is my 3rd Bosch 800. (We move a lot and replace the existing DW with a Bosch). I add forgotten items all the time. I think you have to press “start” again. I also use the speed wash exclusively.

• Yes. It will pause until you press start again & close the door within 4 seconds.

• Yes. Push the “start” button again and close the door. I believe you have 5 seconds to close the door once the “start” button is pushed.
