QuestionDoes the glass on the oven door come out easily for cleaning?

- Answer Hi Kimbers, thanks for your question and interest in model HGS8055UC. For detailed cleaning instructions, please refer to the Care and Use manual. We do not recommend removing the glass panel from the oven door. Bosch authorized service providers are able to disassemble and remove the glass, if necessary.

QuestionWe just purchased a Bosch HGS8055UC and we can not get the flame to go low enough to simmer liquids. Is there an adjustment we can make to one of the burners so it will have a lower flame? If so, is it something that requires a service call from Bosch.

QuestionWhy does the timer change to 0.20+ minutes after you’ve added 10 minutes or more? Why doesn’t it just stay on 10.0+ minutes? Timer is not user friendly:(
