are they good for biking? null

Good for biking!!! Just don't get distracted on a phone conversation when riding when you have them on. Yes!! You can talk on the phone with them on.

They’ll work but understand that you will hear the road noise. I wear mine on my motorcycle and the street rides are good but HWY I can’t hear much. However, I still like them and will wear them on my motorcycle rides.

I don’t ride, but before I purchased the Bose Frames I read a few reviews that said, “they enjoyed listening to music while biking.” Hope this answer helps.
