Everyone is different. I wear glasses and they don't bother me at all. I've had them on for long overseas flights and it's actually made my flights much more enjoyable, while cutting down the noise and helping me sleep. There's been times I just turn on the noise cancelling without any music or anything else and go to sleep. I think you'll enjoy them.
