“I tried these on in the store and they were fairly large on my head. Can you adjust these to where they fit a smaller head? I feel like it’s a stupid question, but I couldn’t figure out how when I was in the store. Thank you.”

The cups slide up and down the headband maybe an inch to allow them to fit smaller and larger heads, but they may not go small enough for your comfort.
