“How comfortable are they to wear for long periods of time with glasses?”

I wear mine for several hours without discomfort. I listen to music audio books and podcasts that last several hours. If I’m walking with them I do notice they feel hot and rub on my glass frames. I also have used Sony’s noise canceling headphones and they are not comfortable. The Bose headphones are more comfortable! Hope that helps.
