Yes, along with storage area in carrying case. I lost mine on last flight but attendant supplied one that worked. They apparently sometimes carry extra.

The adapter is also an audio attenuator, which reduces the volume of the airline audio system’s output, allowing for greater volume control. The attenuating dual plug adapter has no effect on the amount of noise reduction.
