“I am trying to use my headphones with my phone while my phone is in airplane mode and I am connected with the wire. Its not working. thanks,”

Hi Mary, Sorry to hear about the trouble! You should definitely be able to use the QuietComfort 35 in this manner as long as the music is stored on your phone and not being streamed. on air plane mode it does seem to turn off bluetooth feature may have to turn back on

If the head phone are mated to your phone you should have no problems. I used the with my iPhone 6 on a trip to Australia with no problems at all. Hope this helps.
