• I am not sure about a smart tv but I have mine connected directly to our dish network receiver for watching shows.

• We don't recommend using these headphones connected wirelessly to a tv. There can be a delay between the audio and video which is very distracting. However, it does have a 3.5mm jack for a wired connection.
