• The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) are compatible with PS5, but you’ll need either a wired connection to the controller or a Bluetooth adapter for wireless use. Direct Bluetooth pairing with the console isn’t supported.

• yes but not via bluetooth . you can connect the headphones to the controller through the 3.5 jack that comes with the headphones
