“These headphones are “over the ear” which I take to mean “on the ear”. Do you still sell models that are “around the ear” like my old QC II’s?”

I would call these “around the ears”. The cushions don’t sit on my ears at all. I also have several ear piercings and was worried these would be uncomfortable but they don’t bother me at all.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't like the "over ear" vs "on ear" terminology that seems to be used everywhere, it was confusing to me at first. The Bose QuietComfort headphones fit completely over and around my ears, surrounding them completely and sealing out the outside noise. I suppose if someone had very large ears, these might not cover your ears completely though. I went in to the store and tried them out and they fit great, so I bought a pair and love them.
