• My wife has the same problem with me. Especially if I’m still awake watching TV, but ever since I bought Bose sleep buds for her she love them. No complaints.

• My wife loves listening to the TV in the next room very loud. The Bose Sleep Buds have been a life saver. Just make sure you pick the proper Tip. It will create a great deal. And if you play the sounds to help you sleep, you will not hear any sound from loud TV or snoring.
