The battery in second generation are improved over the first generation. I had charging issues with the first generation. So far no charging issues with my second generation.

They always charge when they say they are charging. They always fully charge. The app has never failed to find my earbuds. There are more soundtracks. The little pod that goes in your ear is oval instead of round and it is more comfortable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes!!!! I had the first ones and returned them for full refund when they “recalled” them. The main issue was battery and charging. They were very finicky when placing them in the charging case so they died quickly or didn’t charge at all. I have had the new ones for 3 weeks and they work perfectly. Exactly like the first ones but without the charging issue. Of course the other one didn’t give me trouble the first couple of months either so time will tell. My advise, if you liked the first ones but got frustrated with the batteries, try the new ones. Good luck and sleep well :)
