“I use a dental device to treat sleep apnea and to prevent snoring. It seems to work with respect to preventing snoring. but my wife complains that I make make a noise with the device as I breathe out thru my mouth. Will this machine help?”

It will most certainly help your wife. My husband is a heavy snorer and this device is the first solution we have found that provides us both with a good nights sleep.
