“Does anybody have a problem you can hear the TV a lot better the dialogue is not very loud”

Hello Mark, If you'd like to hear the dialogue more clearly please make certain the dialogue mode is enabled. If you have the 4 button remote, Point the remote at the system, then press and hold the Mute button until the system status indicator blinks orange three times . The indicator remains orange while in Dialog Mode With the universal remote, simply press the dialog button.

If the Audio is still not very loud check another channel on your TV some movies and shows have very low audio when speaking. If you continue having problems i suggest returning the item or exchanging it as the item may have speaker issues. Best of luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Confused on your question. If you are asking how to make the dialogue louder you need to hit the dialog button on the remote in the center section. Once on I find you need to increase the volume overall, but the dialogue becomes much easier to hear. Your indicator light will go from green to orange if I remember right.
