Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is a great question. Unfortunately, I am not sure I will be of much help. Are you using the optical wire that was included? That would be the first thing I would check. Make sure the cord is secure. Because of the newness of the sound bar, I really had to push hard on the cord. If you have an old soundbar, try the cord with it to see if it works. Those are the only suggestions I have, because I had no issues getting sound from mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to ho to the setting of the tv, on the speaker settings you have to choose external speakers and that’s it. If at any point you want to listen to the speakers of the tv you will have to do the switch from external speakers to tv speakers, hope this help
