“I have a Bose SoundLink (1st Gen) and iPod Touch (5th). iPod is plugged into speaker via 3.5 aux jack. Speaker is plugged into wall via power cord (not using cradle). Speaker randomly stops playing but still has power. Out of warranty. Help!”

Call Bose directly. They stand by their products even if they are out of warranty.
