I’ve left mine on the charger stand for several years and have not had any problems at all. I don’t know what the ‘official’ stance is though.

The speaker has a built-in system that prevents overcharging by automatically stopping the charging process once the battery is full, and resuming it if the battery level drops slightly. However, to maximize battery lifespan, it's best practice to disconnect the charging cradle from the power source once the speaker is fully charged, especially if you're not actively using it.
