Please try again later.These fit snuggly into your ears unless you have a shallow ear - specifically the cartilage in the middle of your outer ear that curves around to into the bottom of the ear and transitions into the ear canal. The "wings" on the tips rest under/against the cartilage and that is what holds them firmly in your ear along with the tips themselves. The more shallow that area, the more risk of falling out and you would want some that come with the over the ear wrap instead - these do not have that option.
