• A:Answer Not active canceling. Does ok but doesn’t have a tight seal as other products. The next model up has active noise canceling.

• A:Answer Yes - when you have the right earbud in the case, you have to manually press play button on your device. It was one of the first things I tested.

Q: QuestionAre these better than the previous Soundsports? The last SoundSport earbuds had common connection issues with the left bud and they would keep draining in the case so they would be dead in a few days from a full charge and no use. Hated them!

Q: QuestionWhy are these garbage when it comes to taking calls on them? Nobody can hear me speak, they are by far the worst when it comes to calls. I've had $5 headphones that work better. Is there a way to improve this? My $5 cheap headphones work much better
