• It would depend on the type of hearing aid. These Bose open ear headphones rest on the top of the ear lobe and the curved part is behind the ear. I listen to 150 to 200 audio books a year and these have the best sound quality of any headphones or earphones I have tried. They are even better than my $800 Beats headphones.
