“Just got brand new Sport Open Earbuds. They will not recharge despite multiple attempts with multiple different plug sources. any suggestions”

• I had same problem and then I realized mine were upside down. You may be smarter than I, but that’s what was going on with mine. The charger is not intuitive and they should charge in a case.

• Make sure the curve of the earpiece is in the middle of the Dock. If still having issues, contact your local technical support team.
