• Yes, it comes with a small charging cord and has a button on the back of the light. Click it to cycle through the varied light intensities and also to turn it back off

• The ring light has 3 brightness settings and is rechargeable.

• It is rechargeable and it only comes partially charged. It has 3 brightness levels.
