Yes you can. Formation Duo wirelessly accepts Bluetooth in addition to supporting a range of streaming services. That said, you still need a wireless network in your home (2.4g connection) in order to use the product, even if you will only ever use bluetooth to playback music.

You could use Bluetooth, but why would you? Use a PC or Mac and send the signal to the Duos over wifi. Or use Airplay (not as good as WiFi, but WAY better than BT).
