Your best bet is to use Airplay if your TV supports it or another device like Apple TV with Airplay support. Otherwise you need to purchase the Bowers & Wilkins Formation to connect other Audio sources to these speakers

Yes you can connect them to an LG OLED. Bluetooth works, but sucks. Airplay is better -- use an Apple TV. Best is to connect by toslink or RCA to a B&W Formation Audio then to stream to the DUOs.

There are no physical inputs on Duo, so you would only be able to use Duo with your TV by using Bluetooth or Airplay2 if your tv has those features.
