Packaging says made in Germany
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know who makes them but, I suspect China. They aren't nearly as good as the original. At least mine isn't. It rattles and buzzes like crazy and isn't as sharp or smooth. I'm afraid it'll fall apart, or worse, damage my shaver.
