Yes. Returned 3 of these Impress machines within 30 days of purchase on Amazon. 2 errored out while frothing on random occasions. The other one would not froth correctly. When the machine did work, it was awesome - easy to use and coffee was delicious. Just didn’t want to take the chance before our 30 day return policy expired. So much wanted this machine to work since coffee was so good. Ended up going back to a Delonghi super automatic.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, we used a short extention cord. The machine doesn't like this. When we removed short extention cord, this behavior of the machine turning off stopped.
