• Yes, it juice great leaves a smooth taste! Depending the size of the stalk bundle you get at least 12-16oz.

• Yes, the Breville® BJE430 Juice Fountain® Cold will extract juice from celery. Care must be taken to clean the mesh nutri disc often while juicer. The output will depend on how unobstructed that nutri disc is and the size of the celery.
