You can put a whole apple in it depending on its size. Say an apple that is about the size of the smaller children's apple. The apple we put in was a larger one and cut it in half to fit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This machine is designed for whole fruits. It has an opening of approximately 3" inches to fit small to regular sized apples. Anything larger than the opening, you will definely need to cut in orderto properly fit into the feed chute.

This one actually has the largest of all the juices I’ve had. But as I said I would make sure I take the seeds out of the apples first, as they are toxic.
