“Is the crisper plate non stick? Can any other stainless steel tray be used instead if the crisper?”

• Yes, the crisper pan for the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave is non stick. It is not recommended that any other type of metal pan be used during the Microwave function, however heating with the Convection oven setting, others can be used so long as the manufacturer has rated them for use in a Toaster Oven.

• Yes, it's nonstick. Teflon coated. Not sure about using any other type of tray, I would stick with what is provided. It'll tell you if per function if using crisper plate to do legs up or down, to raise crisper plate up/down. It works very well. I've used airfry, combi- wave function, and of course microwave....all with really good results
