Wonderful to have all three products in one compact stylish item. It’s only slightly larger than the microwave that we replaced so it fit nicely on the counter without adding clutter yet we added another two features of the oven and air fryer. The oven is great for quick heating small items like frozen rolls/bread and even worked well for a frozen pizza. The air fryer works great for leftovers that should be crispy- it made soggy tortilla chips taste restaurant-fresh even after though they were brought home inside the leftover container sitting on beans!
It preheats quickly. Live the soft close door and the adjustable volume in the alert sounds. It came with separate cooking tray and rack for fryer and oven functions respectively. So far the interior capacity has been enough for what we’ve needed.

I've had this microwave only a month, but so far I absolutely love it! It's attractive and doesn't take up any more space than a regular countertop microwave. There are many features I haven't used yet, but so far combi-cook, airfry, convection oven, defrost, microwave and smart cook have been amazing. At first I didn't think a 9x13 pan would fit, but it does if there's no handles on the pan, and you tilt the pan a little until it's past the very front of the microwave. The sides of the pan don't touch the inside of the microwave and everything seemed to bake evenly. Worth the money and it's one appliance instead of three.

I bought this after tearing out my above range microwave (installed a range hood) and didn't want both a microwave and a toaster oven taking up space on my counters. This machine takes on both roles surprisingly well. It also air fries which is a new cooking concept for me but I'm not mad about having this feature either.
From an oven/air fryer perspective it cooks and crisps fries, chicken tenders, melts and browns cheeses and breadcrumb toppings, and TOASTS bread. I read reviews that it didn't have a toast function and this disappointed me at first but those reviewers clearly didn't try all of the many settings this machine offers. The grill setting produces perfectly toasted bread, buns, and creates a nice broiled effect with cheese. I have even baked cookies and they were perfect! I particularly appreciated not having to heat up the oven for a small batch of cookies - since I always have cookie dough in my freezer and I often just want 2-4 cookies, this is the perfect way to bake them quickly and save some energy to boot!
As a microwave, it performs as you'd expect, but I would argue maybe a tad less consistent and powerful as a standard microwave. Sometimes I find that I need to run something back through for a few more seconds but they even have a setting for that which remembers what temperature/configuration I was just using in any of the modes called "a bit more" which adds 10 second increments of time every time it is pressed. Super handy!
I love the functionality of the dials and that you can adjust them as something is cooking. If I see something is getting too done, I can turn the heat down or reduce the amount of time left (alternatively increase both) which is a function I've never seen before in a microwave or toaster oven.
Other than these snazzy, smart features it also has every basic microwave setting you know and love: popcorn, defrost, express cook, and a few newcomers that I now use frequently like: melt chocolate, soften butter, cook from frozen.
From a style perspective, it is a nice looking machine and matches my stainless steel appliances well.
Here are my only complaints so far:
1. The manual doesn't make clear whether or not you can use metal dishes in oven modes. The combi crisper pan and trivet that are included are both metal but the manual states just to use an "oven safe" dish. It doesn't specify if metal or aluminum is actually ok and I don't want to risk it.
2. Preheating: Most modes for oven or air fryer call for preheating the inside (usually with the tray in there first) and then sometimes there is a countdown timer to indicate how long until it is preheated and sometimes there is not. It's inconsistent and idk how long to expect it to preheat all of the time. Additionally, sometimes it makes a "ding" sound when preheating is over but it immediately goes into the cooking cycle. This is annoying because I don't always hear the ding if I am doing other things and I need to take the tray out to add my food and get it back in there to cook but I'm already losing time because it immediately went into its cooking cycle... Not a big deal though because I can always add more time via the dial.
3. Cleaning: it's hard to keep really clean on the inside. One of the very first things I did was cook bacon (something I've never done in a microwave) and was pleased by how it came out crispy actually! However, the instructions said NOT to cover the bacon with anything and the grease splattered all inside the back panel. It occurred within like two days of owning it and I still can't get those grease stains off. The manual doesn't specify how to clean stains like this and again I don't want to push my luck with a cleaner that ends up damaging it because it's not cheap!
So far it's lived up to its expectations and I'm really happy with this purchase. Let's hope it has a good life here.

It is almost perfect. Let’s start with cons that I think some will moan about.
1- It does not have a sensor for reheating it does have a menu for reheat times but make sure you check your food and stir when it notifies you.. I have had pretty spot on reheating with the preset times in the food menu. Only one item needed way more time.
2- The air fryer.. It starts at 400 degrees. I cant get it to go lower.
I have done some egg rolls and chicken nuggets that came out perfectly crispy… BUT a freezer bag of air fry potatoes, onions and peppers never crisped, never did more than sauté and make them mushy. So it will depend on what you are cooking in the included tray. Don’t set your expectations that it’s a one and done for all items to air fry.
The tray is a decent size for probably 2 people and what you are cooking.
So a full time air fryer for massive capacity it is not and NOT what I expected nor what is truly marketed by Brielle. Realize the tray is max size for foods and needs to have ability for air to circulate around items.
3- this is both a con and a pro. Some will not like the rotating dials to select temps, times, or items. For me I like it and press the center button to select.
4-fan.. again not a killer for me. No matter the setting microwave, air fryer, baking there will be a fan cool down. It’s not loud but think of it this way. How many times have you opened your microwave and it was steamy or still hot? I haven’t had that issue unless I forget food in microwave and it steams it up.
5. Baking it is on trivet typically and space is a an oven but decent size. I sometimes think this multi use appliances people expect to be making huge dishes you are not.
6. The child lock button. If you forget you may pull microwave off counter… There is I believe a way to turn it off but I like it as my brain at times gets immediate answer that I did heat/microwave something if I walked away. lol.
Pros
It has a few great features and the food menu is easy to navigate and use. I prefer dials and presets. The melt chocolate and soften butter are great for me for baking. Tried both 2x.
I like the fan after it’s done. Now I do have a Breville multi oven that does same and I am used to it. I would rather have the heat dissipated.
Baking. I made a pot pie on the trivet and it came out perfectly crispy on the top.
The ability to turn the turntable off. I love this function. It automatically shuts off for some programs I have used.
Overall I needed a new microwave. I eliminated my countertop air fryer and this was smaller microwave than my old one. So I gained countertop space. Now this one has a lot to live up to as my Sharp from 2001 (yes you read that right) finally died.
Why 4 stars? I think the air fryer could be better and the temp range seems to be an issue. Wondering if 400 is really that…
If you are a 1-2 person family wanting to use this as more than a microwave it should be a perfect fit. If just as a microwave it does those things great.

I needed a microwave, but could also use extra oven space when friends stayed over. I stumbled upon the Breville 3/1. I am impressed. Not only is the design simple and elegant, it it really gets the job done. In addition to the microwave, I have used the air fry and oven. Both worked great and food turned out as I expected. Really like the soft close door. Expensive if you only need a microwave, but if you will use the oven and air fry feature, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing do everything microwave. It's priced at a higher price point than many would usually considee for your average microwave but thos is no ordinary/average microwave. Its exterior design and finish is 2nd to none. Super accurate heating and re-heating, soft close door (a must if you have kids), multiple heating one button options along the inner door. All features do as expected and advertised. We rarely use our traditional oven unless cooking large meals. Great microwave that I recomend highly.
The only downside is how easily pasta sauce or grease will stick to the interior. Do youself a favor and get a food cover. Make sure it is one that can withstand high temperatures. It made a world of difference in cleanup and protecting this wonderful piece of kitchenware.

I needed an all-in-one microwave/air fryer/mini oven to use during a kitchen remodel. This things fits the bill! The interior "cooking" space is a bit smaller than a traditional over the range microwave/vent hood. However, it is still able to fit my meals that need heating up or cooking just fine. I also love the chimes that it makes. A tip: if you are looking to adjust the clock on the display, the button is found when you open the door. I was searching for this for a good 5 minutes in the manual!

This is my all-in-one appliance. Breville is a new brand to me. It came with a couple additional items that I am using nearly every time it is in use. For example, the air fry pan. One thing I am still getting use to is the cool down mode. The interior creates a bit of a steamy environment. Yes, so does a microwave, however, this goes the extra mile. I guess that is the reason for the cool down mode. Still hesitant to open the door before it actually stops running. My paranoia, I guess. The interior has an oven coil to heat food and a small fan in the back to circulate the hot air. The interior is all stainless.

Overall works great. Can be a little confusing on how the airfryer works as it says microwave preheat at 3minutes before it starts. Works with some food better than others. Pizza i think you need to use the oven setting otherwise it will just sog. Wife likes it I think she doesn't use the big oven as much. She cooks the little chickens in it for the dogs rather than getting routissouri now, It takes about an hour or so probably less gas use but more electricity. I have an old Breville espresso maker that is still kicking out amazing coffees for ten years now. It clogged once and they offered to replace for only $100. But I was able to take the back plate off and unclog a hose that somehow must have made it in the water. Confident in the customer service and quality that it will last for years to come.

I love this this 3 in 1 oven, it’s efficient, quiet and do things at push of a button. The preset cooking options is an amazing feature. I am very happy with this product, not to mention that it saved more space in my kitchen, since I got rid of an old microwave and old electric oven. Although the Breville Microwave seems to be well-made, I guess its parts are not that good. We purchased it in January 2023, and it functioned flawlessly for a few months before it started to give me error codes E05 and make a clicking noise. I merely believe that a microwave should last a little bit longer if you are spending $400 or more on it. Called customer service but not much support, poor response. I tried unplugging and plugging it back; I did a few basic steps, but no luck.
