“Is it possible to adjust the oven temperature calibration using the keypad, as is possible with other electric ovens? I've checked my unit with 2 different oven thermometers and it never reaches the set temperature.”

There is no way to adjust any of the cooking features, including temperature using any keys. The dials are used to adjust time, power level, or temperature.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is not a way to change the actual temperature of a function on the Combi Wave. If the dish/food is not completely cooked as desired, there is the A Bit More button, which can be used to help attain the desired result. Opening the door during the function will introduce cool air, and not result in an accurate temperature reading.
