Go to the store and tell them you did not receive that item They should be able to get it for you.

Instead of the chicken turning on a rod, the elements are programmed to light/heat around the chicken. Currently, that function is only being used for the Rotisserie Chicken recipe found in the app. But new recipes are constantly being added to that app, and that rotisserie function will undoubtedly be used for new recipes in the future.
