“When I make a copy one line is perfect and the some come in very faded . You can barely read the light ones. I put in a new cartridge . Any idea on what is causing this thanks .”

• I learned the hard way. There is a difference. Please make sure you are using Brother OEM ink cartridges and if not remove immediately and replace. I do not work for Brother.

• ADJUST PRINT HEADS. THE MANUAL SHOULD TELL YOU HOW. IF NOT CALL BROTHER THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. I CALL THEM ALL THE TIME WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM WHICH IS NOT OFTEN.
