Q: QuestionDoes the copier have a tray that 'catches' the copies?

• A:Answer For normal printing, yes, the prints are delivered to a tray in the printer. When using the MP feeder and the straight-through paper path (by opening the back of the printer and flipping down the two grey levers), the paper may fall out of the back tray. Before I discovered this, I was absolutely mystified about where the prints were disappearing to - they had fallen into an opening between the filing cabinet and the wall.

Q: QuestionDoes a purchase of the Brother MFC L3780 CDW printer include a set of cartridges?

• A:Answer Ours came with a full set of four toner cartridges. Whether they are "starter" cartridges with less toner than a normal cartridge I can't say for sure. We are still quite a ways away from using up the first set of four and it has been more than 6 months.

Q: QuestionI know it can print envelopes. But what is the procedure in order to do so? I am having difficulty finding out how online.

• A:Answer Open the front of the printer to find the MP tray. Fold it out and adjust the paper guides to fit your envelope. Open the back of the printer and flip down the two grey levers (can feel like you are forcing them down, they're not flipping down easily). Leave the green levers alone. This configuration gives you a straight-through paper path that does not bend the envelope too much. Just be aware that the envelope may fall out of the folded-down tray in back.
