Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The more I use the steam function, the more water I have in the collection tray. My understanding is that this is normal and a product of steaming milk. I believe the water is condensation that drains out of the machine when rapidly heating to creat steam rather than going into your milk to water it down.
