“In order to pair with my phone it is asking for the password which I cant find on the bottom. Can you help me locate it?”

The password is on a sticker on the back of the coffee maker behind the water tank, not the bottom.

Hi there - Great question! The Pairing Mode on your coffee maker enables all of the functions of your coffee maker to be controlled over Wifi after downloading the SmartHQ app. To put in Pairing Mode, press and hold the Auto brewing and Temperature buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The wifi symbol will illuminate under the Time.
