• A:Answer Hi there, thanks for reaching out! More details about the electrical requirements for this model can be found on page 5 section 1 of your installation instructions. We recommend you have the electrical wiring and hookup of your range connected by a qualified electrician. After installation, have the electrician show you how to disconnect power from the range. - You must use a single-phase, 120/208 VAC or 120/240 VAC, 60 Hertz electrical system.. If you connect to aluminum wiring, properly installed connectors approved for use with aluminum wiring must be used. We hope that this is helpful! Stay safe. -Michael

Matte White models are shipped with Brushed Bronze handles and knobs, while Matte Black and Stainless are shipped with Brushed Stainless handles and knobs. Custom Accessory Kits are sold only through the dealer, and should be ordered at the same time as the Matte Collection appliance. You will need a separate kit for each model. • A:Answer Hi there! This unit does have a Proof mode. To select it, press Options, then select Proof, and then proceed to follow any other display prompts. While we don't have information on the range of temperatures that this oven can reach, ranges can reach very high temperatures when performing a self clean. If you would like to test to make sure that your oven temperature is operating correctly, there is a test you can perform at home.
