• No the bugs have not been fixed yet. It still crashes my system a lot. Upgrading to ultimate has nothing to do with this game. It just gives you more options of games you can download and play

• There will always be some bugs with a game. But there is a big game update happening 12/16/2020. I would look in to the specific bugs your worried about.
