There are two types of cameras, full frame and crop frame. The full frame lenses will fit onto the crop frame cameras but not the other way around. The easiest way to know which lens you have is If your camera has only a red dot when mounting the lens. It means it’s a full frame camera and you cannot mount a lens that has a white square when mounting the lens. The crop frame camera has two dots on the mounting disc, one red and one white small square. The full frame has the red dot only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With Canon you have EF and EFS mount lenses. If it's a EFS then it will fit the APSC Canon Cameras. EF Will fit Full-Frame Canon Cameras. However APSC Camera's can use both EF and EFS. It's just the sensor is cropped so you will not get the full frame. Full-frame camera's will only take the EF lens's.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as they are EF mount.
